Tiramisu



















This is my first tiramisu, made by NCC recipe.
Sponge cake nya, pake resepnya pak Sahak.
tapi buat aku pribadi, sponge cake nya bener2 sponge banget.. terlalu ringan hehe...
















hehe.... susunan sponge cake ama krim nya masih kurang cakep yah.. ^^
semoga lain kali bisa lebih baik lagi :)

Cup to Gram Conversion [I really really need this]

Sumber: majalah Santap

Terigu 1 sdm = 10 g, 1 cup = 140 g
Gula pasir 1 sdm = 20 g, 1 cup = 225 g
Gula merah (padatkan) 1 sdm = 15 g, 1 cup = 200 g
Brown sugar (padatkan) 1 sdm = 10 g, 1 cup = 170 g
Gula bubuk 1 sdm = 10 g, 1 cup = 110 g
Mentega 1 sdm = 15 g, 1 cup = 225 g
Margarin 1 sdm = 15 g, 1 cup = 225 g
Coklat bubuk 1 sdm = 5 g, 1 cup = 80 g

Note : penggunaan Cupnya dalam keadaan 1 Cup peres ya, bukan munjung.
