Nathan's - Banana Peanut Butter Waffle

Jam menunjukkan pukul 19.30.
Nathan uda bobo nih hehe... Tadi bangun bobo siangnya jam 12, uda tidur dari jam 7.
Bobo bablas ampe pagi ya...
Kadang entah kenapa nathan suka bangun malam, yah kurleb baru bobo 1 jam eh tiba2 bangun.
Dikirain bobo siang kali...
Kalo uda kayak gitu, mamanya yang teler nungguin dia bobo lagi.
Anak kecil tuh rechargenya hebat euy...

Papanya nathan juga belom pulang.
Jadi aku sendirian deh...
Yes, it's my "me time" hehehe...

Ga jauh sih me time nya.
Browsing resep buat sarapan dan maksi maksor nya nathan.
Ada pisang matang di rumah, jado sengaja cari resep breakfast berbahan dasar pisang.
Bahan semua ready, langsung blusukan di dapur, siapin adonan.
Maksud hati adonan akan masuk kulkas untuk dimasak besok pagi,
Tapi apa daya, pas adonan kelar, mamanya malah ngiler duluan pingin makan si wafel.
Yah daripada ga bisa tidur mikirin wafel, mending aku masak dong wafelnya.
Satuuuuuu ajaaaaa... Mama sensor dulu ya hihiii...
Buat emaknya siap 1 wafel bertabur gula halus dan saus coklat...
Nyammmm... Emang paling enak ngemil manis malem2..

Rasa pisangnya yahud banget dicombine sama peanut butternya.
Endang bambang gulindang deh pokoknya...

Peanut Butter Banana Waffles

Yield: 10-12 waffles

These waffles, stuffed with bananas and peanut butter, are a heartier version of the typical plain waffles. For an extra-special breakfast, stir in some mini chocolate chips before cooking.

Ingredients

    2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
    1 ripe banana, mashed
    1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
    1 large egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar.

    Blend the peanut butter, banana, 1/2 cup milk, egg and vanilla in a blender or food processor until mostly smooth. There may be some banana chunks still, but that is fine.

    Whisk the peanut butter into the flour blend. Add the milk and stir until the batter is smooth.

    Cook the waffles according to your waffle iron's directions, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each waffle.
